PM&R Residency Program Granted Accreditation Few Others Achieve
08/19/2010 For the third time, the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program has been granted a 5 year accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)!
The 5 year accreditation granted by the ACGME is the longest accreditation they award and our residency program has been granted a 5 year accreditation for three cycles in a row.
Less than 17% of residency programs who apply for the five year accreditation receive it. This is a testament to the high caliber resident education provided to our physical medicine and rehabilitation residents.
