Patient Satisfaction Successes Highlighted in National Cover Story
07/12/2010 Carolinas Rehabilitation was recently highlighted on the cover of PRC Edge, a newsletter published by Professional Research Consultants, a marketing research firm that compares patient satisfaction scores of hospitals across the nation.
Since 2004, our patient perceptions of overall quality of care have been steadily increasing. Not only is Carolinas Rehabilitation improving in its efforts to provide excellent care, it is doing so faster than the national benchmark.
The staff at Carolinas Rehabilitation focuses on the opportunities we have to impress our patients and family members. Carolinas Rehabiltiation President Robert Larrison states, "... we really try to give patients and their families a 'wow' experience. When they come to our hospital we want them to feel as if they are getting an experience they've not found at any other hospital.
